The room is okay and the hygiene is good. There is a supermarket nearby, but not much else. The restaurant's home-brew beer is not bad and the food is average. Around 11:20 on the day of check-out, we were packing up and getting ready to check out. I was surprised when the staff came to knock on the door to check if the items in the minibar had been consumed. The front desk always asks me symbolically when checking out. Is there any minibar consumption? Besides, I prepaid the room fee plus a pre-authorization of 200 dollars. If I really need to spend money, I can deduct it directly.

Nice local chain hotel in Australia, 24-hour front desk check in, no problem to arrive at the store after 12 o'clock in the evening, the location is on the side of the highway but the room will not be noisy at all. I booked a room for 3 people, the room is large, clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the mini bar has a variety of snacks (paid), capsule coffee, instant coffee. The hotel is far away from the urban area. If you take a bus, you need to transfer from a bus to a train. It is recommended that you can stay in a self-driving tour because parking is free. Opposite there are bunnnings building materials market, woolworths supermarket, coffee shop.
And chain fast food taco bell, chargrilled burger and McDonald's, unfortunately forgot to take a photo. Overall, the staying experience is good, and I will consider staying again when I drive to Melbourne in the future.

Great hotel for the price. In fact, I’ve previously spent a lot more for a lot less PLUS because I became a member, we got free breakfast! Helpful staff and great experience all round. Do yourself a favour and book your next Dandenong stay at Atura.

This was an excellent stay for business. The first thing I must mention is the beds. I had the best and most comfy sleep- even though my company booked a twin room meaning I slept on a single bed for the first time in years. The amenities in the room are goo- hair dryer and shower cap, also shampoo, conditioner., fridge and kettle. Good study space. Clean. Quiet- even though i was close to the lift- i didnt hear anyone talking which was a change- considering i travel every week. Room service was timely and pretty good quality food. I had dishes with calimari, fish, beans. All good. Will be back.

I am a return stayer ever three months for medical appointments my mobility is slow and I use a walker and require walk in shower. I am NEVER disappointed, my room is always close to hotel lobby the staff are so Welcoming and obliging regards luggage assistance and this last stay the staff member in dining room Daphne went the extra mile, she saw my issues and I did not ask but she offered freely any assistance I needed. Daphne's, attitude and smile made accepting help easy. It also added to an already very pleasant stay and great nights sleep in the most comfortable of beds, pure heaven, especially when you suffer from chronic pain would recommend Atura Dandenong anytime, as always a very satisfying stay Big Thanks to daphne as she is a gem in Atura's crown .

The property is nice and the option of the brewery is really good. I had a bad experience with checkin that ruined my stay, I was kept waiting a very long time and the staff were bad. Apart from that it was fine and I will give it another chance when down here in business.
