I loved the atmosphere of the room. I spoke to Justin several times. He was very pleasent and nice to talk to.
The room was Somewhat clean, bathroom floor around the toilet was sticky. And there was nothing to stir the coffee. The small table with the comment book was very wobbly, needs some glue.
Otherwise, i would come back. Thank you.

We were in the Sara Bernhardt room. Be advised there are at least 10 steps from car parking space to room. The giant tub had a shower curtain around it and you have to climb 3 steps to enter, which was very difficult and scary for this senior to do! Never saw an employee other than 2 brief moments when they dropped off breakfast. Missed the interaction with staff and guests that you get with a sit down breakfast. Won’t do it this way again (where they deliver to your room). Screen door had holes in it and main door stuck and had to be kicked open each time. A very old house with very old furniture. Wasn’t my cup of tea! Delicious breakfast though!

The overall stay was good. The check-in was easy. The room was generally clean. We felt the room could have been a little cleaner (there was quite a bit of dust on the curtains and in the vents). Room was spacious and overlooked the main street, which was nice. It is next to a biker bar, so expect lots of noise in the evening. Walkable around the main area/main street from the inn. The complimentary breakfast was generally good, and they have a different option each day.
Parking is awful. Quite literally terrible and so inconvenient. You have a very narrow spot no matter which cottage you stay in. Two cars cannot fit into the spaces at the Purple Cottage, and our neighbors and us had to shimmy in and figure out how to fit. The parking for the Purple Cottage is on a steep hill as well, which is overall dangerous, and it was very difficult and nerve-wracking to pull in and back out. It would have been better to have parallel or main street parking.

A hidden gem. Everything about our stay was awesome! And the "little" extras that we were not expecting made our stay even better. The delicious breakfast delivered right to our door and the cookies and drinks were great too. Thank you. We will certainly be staying again next time we are in Eureka Springs.
