Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the night movies in the pool. The ice cream and cobbler was so good.

We went here for spring break and had a great time. The staff was very accommodating and nice, and they helped us with all questions we had. Our daughter adored the pool, and loved it when the movie came on each night. Overall, a great stay.

Bathroom was a little dirty. Hair and mold in the tub. Dried poop smeared on lid of toilet seat.

We had a great experience here! The indoor pool is the whole reason we stayed here, but everything about it was great. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the daily breakfast was always hot and delicious. We stayed poolside, and it was great. We will always choose this room type when we come back. My only complaint is our overflowing trash. We were fine with not having in-room service, but it would have been nice to either have larger trash cans in our room or an easier way to empty them than having to go outside to dispose of it once full (which happens quickly with four people in one room). Overall, a fantastic stay, and we hope to make it a yearly spring break tradition. The movies each night were so fun, and my kids loved sitting outside the room watching it.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again. It was nearby the historical section of Eureka Springs and many of the other attractions. The only improvement would be more variety at the continental breakfast.

There was a movie playing on an outdoor screen by the heated pool and the check-in staff was very friendly
