The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff is very sweet. I especially loved the lady that worked the desk. Make sure to take boxes for your chargers as there is no USB ports. The location is great. Only about a mile from The Paasion Play

Very friendly service. Owners are very accommodating. Room was clean. I would stay again. A lot of us had a great stay here! I recommend this hotel. Owners were super friendly. There was a large group of us & we were all pleased. We’ll be back next year!

This hotel was very nice and the price was nice to! The room was clean and it didnt smell. we had to ask front desk for washrags and coffee but that is understandable cause people take towles and washrags. The lady at the front dask was very nice and tried to help in any way she could. She was the nicest person. They didnt have breakfast but for us that was no problem cause the price was worth it. The hotel was close to The Passion Play wich was a plus and easy access to the rest of the town. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

A great place in a very busy town. Eureka Springs is all about the tourists. Reasonable price, well kept older motel. Clean interior, mini-fridge, microwave, good TV. Room was clean, carpet soft (non sticky gross). Beds were comfortable, not too hard. Air conditioner was difficult for me to figure out. Wouldn't keep going through the night, may have been user error. Front desk was very helpful. We had booked the wrong weekend, and she took care of it for us.

My first time in Eureka Springs. Room was clean and quaint. Has a cozy feel to it. Bed is a 12” memory foam mattress and I got the best sleep! Easy motorcycle access. Check in was super easy, the gal at the desk was very sweet. We will be visiting again!

Staff was super friendly. Very clean rooms. Microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge were nice to have. Only inconvenience was that there was no room cleaning or replenishment of towels,coffee, soap or shampoo and it was by request only. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.
