Comfort Inn & Suites Evansville Airport

The hotel is not up to the standards of other choice hotels. The 3rd floor smelled of mildew. Our reservation was randomly cancelled a few hours before our arrival. She was able to restore it, eventually. The first room had a very strong smoke smell but they were able to move us to another room.

I was in a room on the 1st floor. It was very cold that day. It was a little cold in the room so I turned on the heat. After about 20 minutes, I checked and it was blowing out cold air. It was 66 degrees in my room. I went to the front desk and he said he could move me to another room. So at 11:30pm I moved to the 2nd floor. There was a group of girls yelling, laughing, slamming doors, etc... They were in my adjoining room. At midnight I finally called down again and asked the front desk to tell them to be quiet as the people on this floor would like to sleep. The hotel phone didn't work so I used my cell phone. The guy at the front desk did come up and talk to them. Besides that, I had to get my room key replaced twice because it stopped working. The sliding door to get into the hotel didn't always work. When I checked out, I let the front desk person, Jasmine, know about all the problems with the room, noise, room keys, etc... She was the one who had to give me new room keys. She had the biggest RBF and never said one word. She obviously does not value her job and could not care less about the customers there. Also, my daughter's college softball team also stayed there. One of the beds had stains all over the sheets. They asked housekeeping if they could get new sheets. They handed them FIVE sets of sheets and told them to put them on themselves. Needless to say, we will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

The shower knob was backwards. You could have hot water and no pressure or good pressure and cold water.

The hotel was run down. Carpet dirty & needs vacuum throughout. Room smelled like smoke & musty & the floors were dirty. Walls were thin & heard noise throughout the night

I really enjoy staying here always clean and the breakfast is amazing i travel here every month and this is where we stay every time the only problem i had was the new lady up front was lazy but you will get that everywhere you go

The employees were very nice. The only complaint that I had is the complimentary breakfeast. The skim milk was sour, and the biscuits were hard. Overall the hotel was ok.

Great hotel that’s easy to get to, on a main road, and clean and quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was standard choices but still tasty. Overall, a good stay!

Room was fine. Clean and well maintained. Particularly for the price. Hallways and Elevator could’ve been cleaner. Conveniently located. Denny’s next door and near Green River Road.

The rooms were nice and clean. Check in was easy. Only complaint was there was only 2 drink vending machines in the whole building and one was out of order. After getting 3 drinks our 4th one got stuck. Tried and again and it also got stuck. The front desk refunded my $4 but that didn't solve the issue that some of us didn't have anything to drink until the next morning when breakfast was available. Also the hot tub was not very hot and the jets were all over the place splashing water out of the tub more than it was keeping it in. The large buffet breakfast was nice and everything hot and fresh.
