Gave great relief in these cold winter months. I appreciate their service and comfort. Will definitely return!

This hotel was NOT as it appeared in the pictures. Did NOT receive a first floor room, for my handicapped mother, even though we booked 6 days prior! The ceiling was falling in… microwave was rusty…. Several holes in the wall… mouse droppings in the drawers of the dresser… and the whole room REEKED of urine. We couldn’t stay there at all

Not very clean. Definitely no frills just basic. Old and run down-nothing done to upgrade or maintain. Even though it's advertised as non smoking, my room reeked of cigarette smoke. Mirror and sink dirty.

The smell in the room is awful, the bathtub was disgusting. The owner beat on my door accusing me of having someone in my room that’s banned from the property. The person they accused was my husband, I had to let them in my room to prove. The door would not properly shut, not a good part of town. To many people active outside your door making it hard to rest.

Not much to like it was under construction the rooms where dingy and just did not look clean plus the pool was closed and when checking in the clerk made a remark about the water bill thats not what i paid for but what was i to do plus the rooms were not handycap assable

The room appeared clean but upon further inspection i discovered a hole in the wall behind the door, paint on the bathroom floor, tub wasn't cleaned, didn't appear to be vacuumed, phone line was cut, found a pair of glasses from whomever stayed before me. I will not be back. I told front desk about what was found and didn't even get an I'm sorry nor was i offered a discount of any kind.

I liked everything except that I didn't have a reservation like I was supposed to and got just 1 bed

Drains did not drain, cracks in the ceiling, mold in every corner of the tub, dirty mirrors, wet carpet, broken safety lock, broken fridge door, no battery cover for remote, empty pool, rusted microwave. Horrible place!!!

Hotel walls were bowed inward and cracking in multiple spots. There was mold on the walls behind the end tables and bathtubs. Drywall was chipped away in multiple spots around corners. Floors were filthy - to the point where a walk from the shower to the bedroom turned your feet black with dirt and we had to wear shoes indoors for the remainder of the stay. While it boasts being a smoke free room, the comforter has cigarette burns in several spots. Microwave was missing the turn plate. The only clean things in the room were the sheets and towels. This hotel also does not actually have a working pool, or breakfast. I would highly not recommend staying there.
