Good location - parking is a little odd because you can't pull directly into the parking garage from the front but have to go around. Liked the fact that anything higher than the 2nd floor had to have a secured room key to get to those floors.

I accidentally booked a smoking room in the tower and there were no non-smoking rooms left. The desk clerk was very helpful and offered to have them run an ozone machine in the room. It really didn’t smell too bad in the room although the hallway reeked. The tower is MUCH better than the ****** hotel which we stayed at a month or so ago. There are very few restaurants on site but we were there for a catered party and that food was very good.

Really nice place to stay. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was great the beer prices were very good for a ******. The lady at the desk when checking out was pretty miserable though.

On the surface the place is really nice. I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but there were stains on the walls, furniture and debris under the furniture. It feels like the place was built in the 70’s not the 90’s. I would hope a little attention to detail and they can bring this place back to what I am sure it once was.
Service though was awesome! The restaurant staff is attentive and my food was really good. I also think prices are very fair for a ****** property. If you are in the area I would make a stop and experience some real Hoosier hospitality.

When we got to the hotel we were charged additional fees after we already booked. We booked a non-smoking room but the cigarette smoke came through the vents and stuff and our room smelled as if we were smoking in there. I understand they allow smoking in some rooms and the ****** allows smoking, but it was too much much smoke smell in our non-smoking room.

As a local it's so sad that all of the bars/restaurants are gone from the hotel, "The District" and Hoosiers Lounge - man was that the good ol days.
The room itself was still great, great view of city and river. It has held up well since its glory days as LeMerigot.

The Hotel was very nice and quiet.We had a great stay. The ****** was a different story. It was the tightest i have ever seen as far as the machine games. Over all a good long weekend.
