Reasonable rates for the amenities provided. Only downside was restaurant was closed for renovations and options in town were limited.

The room had hair in sink n tub. The table was not cleaned off. Sticky areas. The bed was not properly made. The front staff was even worse. Rude. Crabby. No sense of direction.......

The water park was great for the kids!

The hotel and pool areas are dated and are in need of a lot of updating. But the staff and its manager went above and beyond to address any concerns we had and to accommodate a very large family group celebration weekend. Thank you for being a part of our celebration!

We had a family reunion and 100 year birthday party for our mother and we had most of the hotel filled! We were noisy and very active- used the ballroom for 2 gatherings. The staff was so kind and accommodating .. it was remarkable! We even had the fire alarm go off with her 100 candles in the cake! But the staff celebrated with us and let the firemen come in to celebrate too! They were wonderful and we will plan more celebrations there! Thank you!

The hotel is standard but the service, pool, and ease was outstanding. The pool is perfect for kids and keeps them entertained for hours. The staff were exceptional, Mona especially. She seemed to be there the entire weekend and was always friendly, gracious and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond and did it with ease and a smile. She was the perfect blend of professional and personable. 5 stars for service!

Room not ready upon arrival. Took 4 hours after check in to get our room because it wasnt cleaned. Only a 20 dollar discount for that after having us contacting *******.

The manager here is a liar and a crook. I called before I placed my reservation to stay here. The manager happened to answer the phone and told me she could do a rate of $99 a day since I’ll be staying a week+. After I got there, she ended up charging me over $200 a day and I bring it up to the staff and they fix the price but she refused to fix it for the first night. I was there even though she told me she could do a rate of $99 a night Multiple days in advance of me placing the reservation. my entire stay a little under $1600 but the total came out to over $1700 . She said she fixed it when I spoke to her in person and even dropped the price $100. But she lied To my face and didn’t change the price at all. If she Fixed it I would be a happy customer. The walls are not soundproof at all and in the jam upstairs, the dumbbells go from 10 pounds to 25 pounds no one between and one of the machines is broken.

Overall good, staff was pleasant and helpful. Dining was limited, pool was great!
