Hotel was huge, couple of things that really disturb me:
1. Toilet were old and it stinks of damp
2. There were no window to open for fresh air evening time it really gets hot the room needs fresh air to circulate, I had to open the doors to get fresh airs.
3. The most disturbing thing that occurred when there were cleaners and other stuff came in the room without knocking the door there were no display to put outside when the room was occupied I stayed there for 2 nights the stuff just gets in with their master keys. Very unprofessional.
4. There were no bottles of water at the table normally when I enter most hotels there was water but this one there were nothing.
5. Make sure you bring along your charger for your mobile, normally hotels have USB this days.
Other then that receptionist was friendly to give her charger.

Booked at very short notice for 1 night stay. Package offer included dinner bed and breakfast. Lovely room in the manor house with proper coffee maker!!! The Clove Indian restaurant serves amazing food with very attentive staff, they really care that you enjoy your meal. The grounds are perfect for an evening stroll, we'll kept and lots of wildlife. Breakfast was varied and ample. Would stay again if in the area.

A one night away, lovely location, room was comfortable especially the bed and good quality bedding. The Indian restaurant was innovative with chefs specials. Good wine list too. Thought it was a nice touch that Vijay, head chef, introduced himself. A very enjoyable evening. Thank you.

Thank you Mr. Aman Nair Just want to say that it was one of my best restaurant The Clove Canal View. Beautiful building. The food and service was amazing,up to my expectations. Nair make us feel really welcoming and Friendly, I will definitely go again and I'll recommend to everyone.

Main hotel looks very nice and traditional. However as we'd booked a twin room we were relegated to the Grange conference annex. The room was very basic the window wouldn't open and the mattresses very lumpy and tired. Thank goodness there wasn't a conference on. The only saving grace was the Canal View restaurant which served superb Indian food by very pleasant staff. I would recommended the restaurant but not the hotel.

Absolutely first class customer service , we stayed & requested the exact same room on our present visit which was granted. The grounds here are incredible, safe parking , excellent wi-fi & a beautiful breakfast room overlocking the fountain area. Buffet Styled with excellent quality produce , absolutely beautiful with attentive staff present. We will hopefully continue to use this hotel in the future , but now enjoy our little Anniversary break away . Thank you Mr. Rohan & your incredible team for running an excellent establishment.
