prix de la chambre trop cher pour la prestation. Lors de notre réservation le prix donné pour une chambre classique (bien jolie sur photo !) nous a été compté pour une toute petite chambre à la déco moche au rez de chaussée qui devait être de catégorie inférieure. Le jour de notre arrivée personnel sympa à l'accueil et au restaurant . Repas bon. .

Bad, very bad! The hotel does not have an elevator, our room was on the 2nd floor, we had to carry our heavy suitcases up 2 floors, there is no one to go up. They do not provide this information in the reservation details. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, the shower hose broke on the first night, there was no telephone in the room to speak to Reception and it was closed. We complained the next day at coffee time. We left, came back at night, the room was messy, the soaked towels that got wet from the shower were all there and the shower was still broken. The next day we checked out, they said they were waiting for us to leave to make arrangements. Bad experience. The hotel restaurant is good, has Cortez service and the food was good.

Wonderbox box with one night, a meal at the restaurant and breakfast. Positive points: the welcome from the hotel or restaurant staff, the meal as well, the relaxing environment. Negative point, the 80s carpet in the room is just not possible, it's completely wrong with the value for money. The shower for tall people is not very practical but it still works. I will return to the restaurant with pleasure.

Disappointing hotel and restaurant! At the restaurant, the waiter showed his annoyance upon greeting and when we announced that we were not taking a menu. After ordering the meal, the wine and a bottle of sparkling water, we noticed that it was not fresh: the waiter then told us that it is normal to serve a bottle of water at room temperature! !!! We still ask for ice cubes which again causes an annoyed attitude. The oysters ordered are served piled high with no ice, no lemon, and no butter for the bread. The shallot vinegar is served in advance directly on the oysters (too bad for anyone who doesn't like shallot vinegar and would have preferred lemon)!!!! At the hotel, room no. 5 has a tiny bathroom and, icing on the cake, the morning shower is cold: at reception, we were told, when we left, that we should have left the water running. water much longer. The breakfast is miserable: too hard baguette, bacon and sausages served without an omelette....The tea is offered in a teapot to choose yourself: none of the teapots are clean!!! The coffee served from the machine is barely hot. When we leave, vigilance is required because the final calculation of the bill is not correct. Last remark: it rained a lot between our arrival and our departure. You needed boots to enter the restaurant and the hotel: some adjustments might be necessary! In short, once, not twice!

We used a smartbox received as a gift and chose to pay 1 supplement in order to benefit not from 1 standard room but from 1 comfort room. We were disappointed with the quality of the rooms although clean, they did not deserve a special classification !! Rather just ordinary... The so-called gastronomic experience was more than disappointing: the products were probably frozen (mediocre sea bream cevicce, rubbery sirloin...) the staff was however pleasant and the breakfast was very decent served in a charming setting . To summarize, it was nothing exceptional.
