In addition, the staff at the hot spring area neglected their duties and did not stop guests from bathing in the hot spring when they saw they were not wearing swimsuits. They also did not stop guests from smoking. As a result, the water in the pool was dirty, unhygienic, and filled with smoke, and other guests felt uncomfortable bathing. Uncomfortable....
