What can I say... absolutely amazing Alison our host was so lovely, she knew I was lactose free (just milk itself) and bought in for me great touch Breakfast was amazing Our room with the outside private area was lovely Room was well stocked of tea and coffee and sugar plus milk Bed super comfy (didn't want to get up) Quiet area, never really heard any noise from other guests that were staying, The accommodation is down a few country lanes but to me this isn't a problem as I am a country girl anyways, Great weekend break after a busy camping week, My partner and I treated this as our anniversary weekend 💕 and it was so lovely, torquay not far and great for a good browse, Thank you Alison, We hope to come stay again with you

We liked the central location. The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen area which had the full range of utensils and appliances. Located in a courtyard, it was also quiet. There is a self check-in system via codes provided before arrival. The apartments are arranged over three floors and we were unlucky to have to climb two flights of stairs to reach our apartment. There were no instructions provided as to how to control the heating system, so most of the time, we had little or no heat from the radiators in the kitchen / diner or the bedroom, but the bathroom radiator was always very, very hot! Parking in the courtyard proved difficult, because there was no barrier or notices to prevent locals from occupying the limited spaces there, instead of in the pay car park opposite. So, even if you have paid extra to book a parking space, you may still have to use one of the nearby pay car parks.

Had such a lovely stay here when visiting Exeter for work. The hosts were so friendly and kind and made me feel very welcome. I loved all the small touches that made the room feel special like the pillow spray, breakfast in bed and the soft lighting. The bed was amazingly comfy and it was great to have a smart TV. I usually stay in the Premier Inn but I’m so glad it was booked up this week so I could discover this place 🙂

We used this hotel as our base to tour South Devon. The hotel was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was large and well stocked. The hotel staff were exceptional, shout out for Alfie who was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing! Great choice of individually packaged cereals, fresh fruit, danish pastries, and a choice of hot breakfasts including dishes such as poached eggs with smoked salmon. All topped of by a great choice of clipper teas or coffee. Can totally recommend this little gem of a hotel.

This was my first visit here after being recommended by work colleagues. The hotel has a strange set out with rooms in different blocks, more like a motel. Unfortunately my room(room 3) had a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms which kept me awake during the night. The food in the restaurant was excellent, no complaints with friendly staff behind the bar. Plenty of parking which seemed secure. Good location right beside the bypass on the way down to Cornwall.

Hotel room is good, big, very clean, good value for money, but the hotel is old-fashioned villas without elevators, the hotel did not consider the age level when arranging guests to stay, I was arranged for the 4th floor room, had asked to change the lower floor room, However, the hotel said that there is no such room, and it can only be forced to climb the stairs every day. It is very tired. Fortunately, the reception staff has a good service attitude and helped me to carry the heavy big boxes upstairs. I hope that the hotel will consider the age of the guests and the convenience of staying when arranging the room.
