room with balcony, sea view, quiet, good bedding, free parking. Kind staff, attentive, ready to help. Hearty breakfast, for me, nothing negative. Stay once or twice a year for 25 years.

The issue is the bad communication with ******* which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management.
So I will never use ******* a gain and advice people to double check before they travel.

From the photos it seems like a decent place when in all respects it isn't. The room smelled of mold, the plastic-coated sofa had stains inside, broken wardrobes and doors, stained cushion covers. Shared areas such as the garden near the pool full of rubbish on the ground, tall grass, dirty tables. A real disaster. Do yourself a favor and don't book here.

Food is disgusting ,so bad , with a limited menu , I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars, I gave it 2 stars just because the employees are excellent and cheerful. my experience overall is so terrible .

My room was not clean.
Clogged bathtub
Toilet not clean
The hot meal was cold.
Very disappointed with my stay. I had to leave after my first evening there. I would like a refund. Sincerely
