La habitación es muy cómoda, con una decoración acorde al edificio en el que se encuentra. El baño completo y con equipamiento modernos, que se agradece. La climatización fantástica. Desayuno completo en un salón acogedor. La amabilidad del personal tanto en restaurante como en recepción, fantástica, da gusto.

Hemos pasado dos noches y nos quedamos con ganas de más, por la comodidad del hotel y la maravilla de Ezcaray. Todo estupendo limpieza, carta de almohadas, amabilidad del personal quizás mejoraría el desayuno, chacina de poca calidad y algo más variado. La terraza muy bonita y el personal de 10.Buenísima ubicación. MUY recomendable. GRACIAS por todo.

Un edificio señorial reformado para ofrecer todas las comodidades a sus huéspedes. Habitación muy buena y el servicio tremendamente amable. El restaurante correcto y el desayuno muy completo y de calidad. Una pena que no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza por ser invierno y haber nevado. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Un hotel muy acogedor que ofrece habitaciones y apartamentos, situado en el centro de Ezcaray. Personal amable y complaciente. El desayuno es variado y de calidad. El restaurante estaba cerrado, pero desde la cafetería nos sirvieron unos platos típicos y muy bien preparados. Recomendable

Una nueva estancia en este hotel que no defrauda en ninguna época del año. Atención amable e instalaciones muy cuidadas. Realmente superior a la categoría que tiene. Por indicar un posible área de mejora, la ducha salpica al resto del baño. Se podría resolver ampliando la mampara de cristal pero suponemos que estará así para facilitar el acceso. Volveremos sin duda!
