La atención nefasta por error de la aplicación de ******* en los resultados de la búsqueda reservé confiando en que el Hotel estaba en Peña de Bernal cuando no fue así y al intentar hablar con el Hotel se mostraron super apaticos sin importarle la situación.

Complicado al inicio porque no tenían nuestra reserva aún cuando ya estaba pagada, tardaron un poco pero lo resolvieron adecuadamente.
En la habitación el sanitario requería mantenimiento por fuga y lavabo y notificamos en recepción.
