真的是太喜歡這家鄂州首家五星級酒店了！！！
雖然我是凌晨過來的，第一次到鄂州皇冠假日酒店，位置不太醒目，還好大樓比較很氣派，臨空大道主路口上。
1感謝賓客服務部的秦經理，不得不提，非常熱情，微笑真誠温暖，溝通爽朗親切，整個入住過程被安排的非常愉快且放心，不虧是來自星級酒店，盡顯專業！周到細心，無所不知，介紹全面，強烈推薦這裏，以後都會選擇！
2房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，入住體驗棒極了。雖然酒店在非繁華地段，但周邊交通出行特別方便。房間裏隔音好，佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，空調涼爽，床品軟硬正合適，熟睡一整晚都很安穩！
3離火車站，鄂州的機場距離真的很近幾公里就到，出行方便
4餐飲也很豐富，琳琅滿目，來的人也不少，好在有效控制了人流
5 一定推薦給朋友入住體驗一下，無論大事小事，賓客關係經理Ken都安排的圓滿和完美，打卡必選之地！

1:23年12月開的新酒店，硬件是沒得説的，房間很好，很舒服。距離離市區10公里多，適合自駕遊，周邊都是綠地，沒有商業和吃飯的地方，酒店能點餐。健身房有瑜伽房，不錯。
2:早餐類型也行，和老的皇冠酒店早餐差不多，餐廳敞亮乾淨，如果你要個袋子裝點東西，服務員會馬上讓你簽一份打包協議，我們衹是裝自己帶的水蜜桃🍑
3:值班經理胡經理很好，推薦了好吃的菜館“九頭鳥家宴”確實牛蛙很好 也很好幫我們升級了景觀房
服務態度很好，還給我們送來了歡迎水果
4:第二天早上就餐才知道10點停電，電梯也會停，這個沒有事先説確實很尷尬，孩子們都在房間，讓餐廳經理打包了送上房 餐廳小童凳都很乾凈，後面還好10:40就來電了，經理的處理態度都很好，表示能延時退房。
5:不要定套餐2日房，居然不含早餐，前台登記的時候很尷尬。先前其他皇冠體系酒店都有含早餐。還好胡經理幫忙處理了。
6:一樓大堂的洗手間沒有電燈。
7:第二天早上退房，值班的Judy經理都很熱情，送到電梯口幫忙按電梯，才慢慢感覺是皇冠體系該有的軟實力，離開的時候，經理還出來送我們。
8:後面離開酒店沒找到身份正，經理也馬上幫忙查房，還好後面家人找到了，對於反應效率還是可以的。
9:周邊有公園綠道，適合安靜住上2-3天，下次如果不着急，一個人還是可以的，商務開會也行，帶孩子出行就自駕好點

酒店周邊環境幽靜清新，酒店設計新穎，裝修用材考究高級。酒店用具新且好。無邊泳池太好了，凈空特別高，空氣質量好，泳池水質特別好，沒有通常泳池的強烈氯氣味和消毒水味，大讚！早餐品種豐富。各處工作人員服務質量優質，服務主動。還會再光顧。
