貴店的服務真的不敢恭維，出來住個酒店，還提前打了電話詢問車可以停在哪裡，前台告知門口有停車場，我們就把車停好了，第二天八點半收到了違規停車的短訊，罰了100元，後面問酒店，沒有任何歉意，我衹想問一下，貴店知道門口不畫線的地方不讓停且經常會有人來貼條，就不能在我打電話詢問停車場的時候告知一下嘛，一句話的事。酒店電視不能聯網，我打電話詢問可以投屏嘛，前台説讓我們躺在床上刷手機吧……
