Beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Staff were superb, great attention to detail and pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good, lovely dining room. Great parking too, very secure and well maintained.
I would say the only two things that let it down were:
1. A few things such as the loose bidet (bolts need tightening), the light on the mirror not working, and the fridge turned off took the edge off the place. I had to pull the fridge out to find it wasn't connected properly, but the cleaning staff should have noticed this whilst checking the fridge for water.
2. The light coloured laminate floor in the bedroom is really dated and detracts from the grand, opulent style the hotel has gone for. It totally spoils such a lovely room and building. Compared to such a luxurious marble tiled shower, it felt really basic and 20 years out of date.
I would stay again though as it was an enjoyable experience overall and fair value for money.

Charming hotel in a nice small city center. Very tasteful rooms. Unfortunately they seemed a bit un-prepared to deal with guests wanting a meal. The only thing they serve there is breakfast.

Non si può che parlar bene, stanze ampie e pulite, personale gentile, colazione abbondante, in accoglienza personale presente 24 ore su 24. C'è anche un parcheggio per auto sotterraneo riservato su prenotazione proprio di fronte. Televisione e bagno di dimensioni medie con grande doccia in ogni stanza. Forse i prezzi sono un po' alti (120 a notte anche in bassa stagione) ma si è di fronte al Duomo e il servizio è sempre all'altezza. Non c'è un ristorante interno ma la colazione è a buffet e davvero molto varia in una sala dedicata.

Hotel molto elegante, situato nel centro storico di Pontedera, di fronte al duomo. La camera era molto spaziosa. Molto gradita la rosa e la piccola bottiglia di Chianti che ho trovato in camera, parte del cofanetto Smartbox. Colazione nella media, tutto buono. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è a pagamento, ma in zona si trovano molti parcheggi in strada, decisamente più economici. L'hotel si trova al limite della zona ZTL, ma è tutto ben segnalato. Unica nota negativa: non erano presenti prese elettriche accanto al letto.
