The hotel is a bit out of the way in the park but the environment is super beautiful. The service is very good, and the front desk will patiently solve any problems. Hope to come again next time.

We got to see a couple moose right beside the parking lot! The staff were very sweet and helpful. It was quiet and set back in the woods so it made it seem more private.

We loved this property! Its right near downtown Fairbanks but in a wooded area, we saw a moose from our window! Easy parking, friendly staff, great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in was pretty quick and it was about 8 PM. We walked into room 125 to find that the beds were not made. We returned to the front-desk, where there was only one person. When we told her that the room was not cleaned, she asked: "Did you go to room 125?" Like we could get into another room...She then grabbed our key and without a word disappeared for 45 minutes, while we were sitting in the lobby. In the meanwhile, more people were arriving, but no one to check them in. When she finally appeared, she just handed us the key without saying anything. Yes. The beds were made. But were the linens changed, or just tidied? I guess we will never know. The room was really filthy. Piles of dust on every possible surface, toilet paper holder coming off the wall. The next morning we asked for another room, but were refused. After breakfast, we stopped again at the front-desk. There were more clerks there. We talked to them, but they just shrugged. I asked, if they can please clean all the dust all over the place. Instead, I was told, not to come back until after 3 PM. Of course, nothing was done or cleaned. It remained as filthy as before. Will never come back or recommend this hotel.

My room was in a terrible location and maybe other rooms aren’t as bad. My room was right next to the vending machine, ice machine, gym and elevator, so it was noisy all. the. time. It was loud when we were trying to fall asleep around 10 and it was loud from the rooms upstairs all hours of the night and still loud early in the morning. Additionally, the shower did not drain and there was hair that was not mine all over the place.
We were there for 4 days and housekeeping only came by once, on our first day, so we never got clean towels and the trash was overflowing. When I asked the front desk if someone could take the trash out, they said “no, but you can pack it up and bring it to the desk if you want.”
The beds were quite comfortable, which is likely the only reason I didn’t pick up and leave.

Liked: Working distance to Pioneer Park, staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good
Disliked: Seating (sofa) area next to reception was worn and torn. Not much seating in the room. A small sofa would have helped.
