Perfectly located to view the northern lights.
The room had all amenities, a nice shower, a big chair to relax.
The beds were very comfortable as well.
While we were there the Wifi wasn't working for our room located on the 2nd floor.
Overall a perfect location to spend time with family and view the northern lights!

This house is on great location between Fairbanks and Chena hot springs. The view from there is just amazing, breath taking. We were not so lucky to see Aurora, because of claudy weather, but I still dont regret to book that place. Its little bit pricier, but definitely worthy.
It does have a lot of rules, but I understand they want to keep it pretty clean and quiet.

The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, there are no restaurants nearby, some drivers will refuse to pick up, and almost all takeaways cannot be delivered. But the staff was very nice and helped a lot. The floor-to-ceiling windows are still beautiful

Contact me for a full report. Too much to say in a text. Filthy and probably will not pass health inspection.
Staff was great when available obviously short staffed.
Only good thing is both rooms I reserved for 2 days were credited to me.....hopefully. will see when credit card bill arrives.
Family wedding in september and will need places to stay it will not be at the grand stay.

Even though they didn't find my reservation at first, they got it sorted right away- great service. I hadn't been here since last winter, I love the renovations! Room was clean and updated. I appreciate that there is a nice hotel to spend all the junky weather nights at down the street from the job and avoid the commute.

The check in process was quick and the gal was very informative and friendly.
Parking was very adequate. Hotel was close to amenities I needed.
