Facilities were a little bit older, and some of the features did not work properly, like the light switch in our room. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Good hotel in a pinch.

Don’t stay here! This hotel is terribly outdated and dirty. The beds are horrendous. This hotel hasn’t been updated in 30 years. The bathrooms are disgusting and the air units don’t work. I truly can’t believe Hilton allows them to use the name.

We were disappointed in the lack of hot items and oatmeal for breakfast Saturday morning. Also no fresh fruit. A note was left out that the oven was broken. Disappointing as this is a huge weekend for the hotel due to University of Dayton’s Family weekend.
The room was clean. But could use a little TLC. The doors are really knocked up, the bed frame on one bed had large metal piece sticking out (my husband hit his shin on it) and the bed mattress was sagging. The under rim of the toilet was really black, could use some extra elbow grease to clean it. The carpeting in the hallways is buckled and could cause a trip hazard.
We had 2 good nights’ sleep, which is good. Just not sure if we will stay here again based on overall value.
