We were pleasantly surprised with the updated Hotel Hi-Ho. The contactless check in was pretty straightforward. The liquor store and restaurant on site were very convenient. The room was comfortable and the new bathroom was lovely. The ice machine in the common room was broken and/or out of ice.

Love the restaurant and the Liquor store that was on the premises. Wish there was a person available at the front desk. The room was great especially for the price.

Basically it is a boutique motel with virtual check in. The process is easy if you can navigate the internet at the property from your phone. They provide bottled water 2 and the coffee machine was not working. When I asked the staff I was told they do not work. Not sure if it was just my room or throughout. Other than that clean and cozy room with nice updated bathroom..Some rooms have tubs and others have showers only. There is a spanish restaurant "Barcelona" with tapas and great atmosphere, $$$, also there is a wine shop on the main level. Beer wine and spirits. There is no other stores or other amenetis for a couple of miles. Reasonable $ for what is offered.

Adequate for the price we paid. However, 2 queen beds and just 2 nespresso pods for 3 days was weird. Lucky we found a housekeeper on day 3 to give us coffee, as there is nothing near this hotel to get coffee. No front desk and self checkin was more like a vrbo or airbnb than "an upscale boutique hotel" as described. No place to put luggage, small tight space.

No staff after 9pm. Nonworking room phone. Dirty tissues on floor of room. Maid banging on door at 8.30 in the morning then proceeding to open the door even though we told her repeatedly to come back later.
