The staff gave passive aggressive attitude. We were given complimentary breakfast due to the double charge mess up. The food wasn’t great.
Hallway carpet needs to be spot cleaned there were a lot of stains.
Other than the above mentioned issues, the hotel room was clean and quiet.

Speedy check in. Nice people at front desk. The room was decent, the elevator and balcony felt a little outdated . Also my room was next to elevator and u can hear everytime people were going in or out. Also the remote for tv just felt very cheap .

The water for the sink took too long to get hot and didn't fully reach an actual hot temperature. There were no trash bin liners and the channel signalies experienced too many technicalities.
