No housekeeping past 7pm but some how I still had the best service I’ve received from a hotel in a while the front desk employee Moe was so friendly and helpful, everything I had problems with he fixed within minutes never had to leave my room brung everything I asked for very quicker then places I’ve stayed with housekeeping. Will 100% come back

I easily booked my room for my birthday. Great. Then I called Staybridge on same day and confirmed my reservation. They said because I was a member of the rewards club, I did not have to pay a deposit. When I got to the room they turned down my reservation stating I had to pay $150 for deposit and parking. If I confirmed previously, and my deposit was waived why did they ask me. So I had cash and no card for the deposit and they did not accept it. I was overall disappointed and embarassed on my b-day. So hurt

The staff was very nice and always helpful
The hotel room was not very nice at all and I was upgraded to this room.
The carpet between the living room and kitchen was ripped and the tack ***** was exposed so I stepped on it and cut my toe. I told the staff so the next person would not do the same. I had to keep a towel over it. Room was very dated and didn’t smell great.
Breakfast was great and comin areas were very nice for the price. We had two room as my daughters had the other. It was also dated.
Laundry was nice and FREE. Grounds were nice. Security was always around the ground.
Everything was nice but rooms are not kept up well
