Faced construction area which was fine-they started not too early. The room was adequate. Just aged. Good location which was the best part.

This hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying Fairhope. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The welcome center and history museum are directly across the street.

Stay here for business from time to time and really enjoy the central downtown location. Rooms are clean, spacious but need updating. Very nice breakfast. My only complaint is I always have trouble with the WiFi connecting properly. Got it resolved this time, so all good.

Great place to stay while being in walking distance to shopping and eating places. The place seems to be doing renovations as pool was not opened. It looks like lobby and breakfast area has been renovated. The breakfast hostess was friendly, kept replenishing items and coffee, and wiped down tables as guests left. The rooms need a lot of attention as they are showing their age and wear and tear. The front desk people were friendly and gave suggestions as nearby places to eat and visit. I am already looking forward to next year’s visit and hopefully all the rooms will be renovated.

The room wasn't quite as clean as we expected and was quite noisy. We were on the first floor and heard every door slam. Sounded like a party was going on in the hallway. So a little tough sleeping.
Breakfast was excellent but overall we expected more for the rate charged.
