The hotel as a whole is beautiful, however there are a few areas that make the hotel a bit outdated. The room I stayed in was pretty spacious the view was of the parking lot and the sink outside the bathroom was a bit awkward because it was unnecessary. The toilet in our bathroom didn’t flush properly and I couldn’t get ahold of the front desk to fix it but over all the stay was pretty nice. I would stay again if offered the opportunity.

It would have been 5/5 stars except our room didnt have hot water! The first time we tried to take showers we let it run, at the advice of the front desk for about 20 minutes before we had to get ready to go without showering. Later that evening we tried again. We ran it for over 45 minutes! The lady at the front desk said the buildings old, run it longer. My husband was upset and said he just wanted an effing hot shower. She said she told him she couldnt help and was done talking to him. No accommodations were offered or made. So while everything and everyone else was just wonderful, it definitely left a really bad taste in our mouth.
And when i say no hot water, it was downright cold.

Incredibly comfortable room and beautiful view. Staff is helpful and courteous and a joy to interact with. Food in the lounge is amazing! Wine selection is spot on and the beer on top is local and fresh. Have stayed eight times in the last two years and have our next two trips already planned and booked. The wing trails are an added bonus and the fire pit with a glass of wine can’t be beat.
