One of there housekeepers walked into my room unannounced! She didn’t knock nor did she ask if anyone was in the room once she entered. The hotel doesn’t seem too worried about it and I don’t appreciate that. That was a complete invasion of my privacy and is absolutely unacceptable!

This is by far my worst experience staying at a hotel especially coming from a Marriott, they had no towels in the pool room refused to give us extra, and told us you have to use what was in our room (not enough in the room) and then we told them that we wanted more towels for our room and they told us no that they could not do that. We were then going to our room to shower and realized all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty, and had to run downstairs to get some they said a housekeeper would bring it up soon, mind you someone was waiting in the shower for it, and so we said we wanted some now and she gave us a few things. Later on that night, we saw a brown stain on the hand towel, a yellow stain on the comforter, and a black and yellow stain on the pillow. We decided to go downstairs again and get some snacks and as we were deciding and figuring out prices she got mad and frustrated at us for asking how much things were since it wasn't labeled. I will never stay there again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Oddly the hotel television network shuts down at mid nite and wouldn’t reload. Towels were clean but not new. It is a decent sleep and shower. Coffee was hot at breakfast and they had fruit eggs sausage and some continental pastry offerings.

Over promised and under delivered. Dirty rooms!! This hotel has gone down in both quality & customer service since we stayed here last year. The room was dirty and cleared hadn’t been vacuumed, tub was gross, & breakfast/coffee were not on time all week. The room had used tooth picks, open water bottles, dress sequence all over the floor. There were used washcloths and trash shoved between the walls and furniture. And there was mold in the tub. Not only did I get”upgraded” to a dirty room, but I was charged more for my “complementary” upgrade. When I addressed this with the staff I was told they were already losing money on my reservation. From upgrades to late check out requests, I was told that my status with Marriott didn’t matter and that these were the rules. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 but was late almost every day. Tom the maintenance man was the only helpful employee who helped when we didn’t have hot water in our room.
