The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. You can rent table tennis or pool balls in the public space at a very cheap price. The reception staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. It's very convenient to be next to Skyline.

My family and I stayed in room 214 and found the beds to so hard and very uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep most of the night in the chair. I also asked a staff member at reception where abouts was the gym and pool I was told there wasn't any, I explained it, states it online he seemed confused. I think it needs to be altered online hence one of the reasons I had booked here. Apart from these issues the hotel was clean and very tidy, and the staff members were friendly.

The owner is not at all co-operative. Very rude. The stay was terrible. They charged for the room with air conditioning, but because of their poor service, it was their fault that they allotted the master bedroom which control the air conditioning for the other 10 rooms, because of people staying in the master bedroom, they didn’t bother of not proving AC cooling in remaining rooms. Upon asking, the owner was rude, and asked to vacate the room if having issue. Very unprofessional service.

no light beside bed because they get stolen, direct quote for manager, broken chair in room, dining area being renovated, back door propped out, noisy upstairs tennent sounded like the floor had zero insallation and there was not enough parking let alone secure parking. Drunks at the bottle shop next door.

The booking was for four adults ina "Deluxe" room.
Excluding the bed there were only amenities for two. No face cloths.
The bed was the worst I have ever slept on, it feels like a base without a mattress.
I had to use a translation app for the staff to supply extra towels and the "face cloths" eventually supplied were hand towels.
For $630 a night definitely only a two star establishment.
