Hotel is very average Hotel doesnt have a lift, so if you have elderly people who have difficulty walking please avoid. Hotel serves stale food, food quality is really bad. Except bread and butter there wasnt anything teliable in bfast buffet. Other items like poori, idly, poha were available but average. Room quality is aberage to bad, for example, we only had hot water flowing out of the tap, not cold water. Imagine having to deal with this in hot indian summer.

There is no restaurant, you have to sit in the open whatever is the temperature. Ac not working, fan very noisy and they did not bother to rectify. No dental kit, no bathroom slippers were provided. We had requested for all five rooms on the ground floor, only three rooms allotted.

Property and rooms are clean and good but worst services. Have to wait 45 mins even for water bottles.

Our stay at Kohinoor Palace was wonderful. Staff was good and the behaviour of higher ***agement was excellent specially the GM.

Fraud hotel, they don’t respond for calls, dont accept cancellation or date change, they have lot-ted me for 6500 rs simply, i booked and asked for a date change 2 days prior to the hotel they denied it and cancellation also denied it, ill never suggest anyone to book this hotel, and mmt also dint help me

Receptionist was not supportive, room was dirty and washroom comod was broken even though i insisted receptionist to change the room, he didn't do and ask worker to resolve the issue 2-3 people was coming again and again in room for resolving washroom issue at last when they saw washroom issue cannot be be resolved then after wasting 1. 5 hr he changed the room

Kohinoor palace is in vaidehi nagar area, this is a heritage property near gulab bari, faizabad. Hotel has completed renovation, good service, friendly staff. Take rooms on 1st floor. Ram ***dir is 6 kms, ayodhya airport is kms 25 mins. All major tourist destinations are nearby

The property is located inside the city, surrounded by open drainage. At the entrance itself we were welcomed by the bad smell from a drainage. It was horrible experience.
