What to say. You don’t have too many options at ayodhya. This is a typical lodge. Rooms are large. The bedsheets were torn. The color of the sheets says they don’t wash after every use. We could have slipped in the bathroom - they have wall tiles on floors. We could hear the noise of rats near the ac unit. Typical room boys enjoying gutkha idling on the staircases. The minimum they can do is to have a smile on the faces of people sitting at the reception. They all looked annoyed always.

Staff response, reception response, service, room cleaning, facilities, everything is worst. I have planned trip with family and strongly recommend to anyone not to select this hotel.

1. Dinner was charged but there was no spread. They p reordered food from outside two plain sabjis & roti. 2. Breakfast not served at all. They said kitchen closed due to diwali!
3. Pathetic service, untidy rooms. Manager reception said no staff sue to holidays
4. We demand money should be refunded
