Hotel Krishna Palace , Ayodhya

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We drove here after 5 hours of a long journey & were allotted used unclean rooms. Very unhygienic & unprofessional. There was dust & dirt everywhere...rooms.... corridors...tables. Water logging in the bathroom. Food was just ok. We has to keep calling the room service for each & every amenities. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

the renovated deluxe rooms of the hotel are quite decent but the non-renovated old rooms on 3rd & 4th floors are in very bad shape & need atleast some face lift. Being a very old hotel & staff, the restaurant & house keeping personal surely need some training to become more professional & better in their respective work. Breakfast was nothing much to talk about, if you try & order anything the 1st response of staff would be that it will take very long to serve!?!

Worst Hotel Service, we stayed 2 nights in march 2024 at this Hotel, they will charge a lot, room size if good, but when we checked in , we found room is not clear, lots of dust in tv panel, tables, we call housekeeping to clean, they dont have wifi, which is so important now days, the reception person Mr Saurabh Saxena is very irrisponsibile, they dont know how to talk with a guest, very rude behaviour, we never recom***d this hotel

I came to visit Ayodhya Shri Ram ***dir and came on recommendation of a friend. The hotel is located about 30 mins from the Sarayu River and Ram ***dir. It was a very comfortable stay with large rooms with basic amenities and good housekeeping. Breakfast spread was basic and ample. No wi-fi. Reception is a bit slow in responding to emails.

I am serving this Tourism Industry since 24 years, i never deal with such an irresponsible, arrogance Staff, Mr Saurabh Saxena is one of them, We have booked this hotel for our International Guest, Once they checked in they found there is No WIFI at This hotel, No Wifi is genuine problem from Hotel side, but behavior of Mr Saurabh is too bad, once i called him personally and requesting to guide guest to buy a sim card ,he was so rude, when i called to transfer the call to the guest room, his answer is very annoying, Hotel Owner look into this matter, staff behavior should be polite, this is an service industry, if stafff behave like goons, that is very bad for hotel future

We booked 3 rooms 03 mar 2023 2 nights . this not Hotel but highly unprofessional PLACE. they have ruined our trip . its like worst place we ever seen in our life stay away . we have booked executive rooms they gave us std rooms. rooms are worst condition. staff is totally unprofessional, they put us problem in mid night to change the rooms. such a hectic and bad stay

The price of 5k for a double occupancy is certainly very sleep . Food is good . Service is decent ..its a good 2 to2.5 star hotel Price vs rating is a key aspect for consideration. The rooms r clean.....

Krishna hotel charges are more than any decent 5 star hotel in a big metro city however its facilities are worse than a non star guest house in any small town in the country. The service is almost non existent. There are better hotel nearby in less than half cost.

The best hotel i have ever seen in my life the butter chicken and butter naan is so amazing the Service is so fast and the food and fruits served there is so fresh. Halls are so good this is the perfect place in Ayodhya to enjoy
