I am serving this Tourism Industry since 24 years, i never deal with such an irresponsible, arrogance Staff, Mr Saurabh Saxena is one of them, We have booked this hotel for our International Guest, Once they checked in they found there is No WIFI at This hotel, No Wifi is genuine problem from Hotel side, but behavior of Mr Saurabh is too bad, once i called him personally and requesting to guide guest to buy a sim card ,he was so rude, when i called to transfer the call to the guest room, his answer is very annoying, Hotel Owner look into this matter, staff behavior should be polite, this is an service industry, if stafff behave like goons, that is very bad for hotel future
