Main concern, purely personal is my dislike of tattoos, I find them offensive, especially on those serving the public. When I lived and worked in Australia, there was a dress code of NO VISIBLE TATTOOS IN THE OFFICE. There are staff at this hotels showing off their tattoos, their presence puts me off my food. Please adopt an Australian dress code, and keep them covered up.
