New waterfront house on Lake Norman/private dock

The house appears to be brand new, and everything was in perfect shape. Three of the bedrooms were normal sized and very comfortable, the fourth bedroom (with the twin trundle) is tiny and would be best for kids. One thing to note: the house is at the tip of an inlet, off the main part of the lake. Therefore the waterfront for this house was very narrow, and the neighboring docks were quite close. If you're looking for solitude and a long range lake view, this may not be the place for you.

This house is amazing. It has enough space. Its clean. The sunrise on the lake is beautiful. Check in and communication was easy. Would recommend.

Excellent host; excellent property. The house was immaculate and provided a well equipped kitchen. This is a relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to the State Park for daily walks. Access to the lake is on the property; restaurants and attractions are convenient. The host was readily available and responsive.

The host was helpful and great. The house was very beautiful and clean and in a great location. The house had anything you would need or more and a great Lake view from the bedroom we slept in. I would stay in this house again. Thanks!

The amenities were well thought out. The house had everything we needed. Phone chargers in the bedroom. Cute little coffee/tea set up to start your morning.

The home was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It is on a beautiful lakefront lot with a nice dock to use for your boat or to fish on. We utilized the fire pit and chairs located on the property. The owner also had firewood already cut which was nice. I would definitely stay here again. We had no issues or concern and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Norman property! The home was extremely clean, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, which made meal prep easy. The location was perfect and convenient for boat rentals, which was a huge plus for us.The host was friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway on the lake!
