Palmer House Inn

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming Cape Cod bed and breakfast! Our accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. It was one of the highlights of our trip! Most of all, the innkeepers were truly wonderful. They were so warm, welcoming, and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting Cape Cod!

We were warmly welcomed by Tom, Billy, Audrey and Zeus. We brought additional (younger) family members this time who were curious as to what we had raved about following our previous stay. They were amazed at the luxurious, super-comfy and authentic decor, the sumptuous breakfasts, and... every detail of our stay. It was all fabulous. (We were also lucky to come at peak foliage season this time!). We enjoyed walking through the town and down to the beach. The local businesses are great. Being at the Inn feels like being held in a warm embrace. The hosts are so attentive and helpful. Thank you so much for another wonderful experience! We'll be back!

Beautifully cared for, Queen Anne Victorian style in a quiet location surrounded by small gardens. The innkeeper is very friendly and glad to share recommendations about local attractions. We spent one night in the Richard Henry Dana room (3rd floor) and the next night in the Harriet Beecher Stowe Building, Room A. Breakfasts were excellent and the servers very attentive.

My first time at this beautiful peaceful and tranquil inn was most definitely a wonderful experience it was unspeakable from the comfortable bed to spacious bathroom and oh so delicious breakfast I’m so glad I got to enjoy it! Loved the cookies and coffee/tea selection during afternoon tea. Thank you Billy Tom and all wonderful staff!!! Hope to see you again soon.

What a nice time we had in Falmouth. Tom and Billy are lovely Innkeepers. The Inn truly felt like a “Hallmark” movie. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. It was clean, quiet and quite charming.

Even before we arrived at Palmer House Inn I sensed that we had made the right choice...and I was right. So much love, care and attention to detail has been invested in this Inn by Tom and Billy. They should be proud. The Inn and rooms are elegant and clean and the gardens colourful and peaceful for guests to relax. Added bonus were the rabbits despite nibbling on the plants! Palmer House is perfectly situated to enjoy the great restaurants and shops on offer in Falmouth and for use of the Shining Sea Bike path and ferry terminals to Martha's Vineyard We couldn't have wished for more and will treasure lovely memories of our stay here Another added bonus....Billy's breakfasts and afternoon treats!

Enjoy a flashback to one of many old Victorian houses I used to live in. Love the books by authors the rooms are named after. Nice twist. I loved that the family works there.

A fantastic place to enjoy peace and tranquility!!! The hosts Billy and Tom are magnificent people we so enjoyed our stay at the Palmer House Inn. The attention to details are incredible. Love the comfy mattress, fine linens our suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast outstanding many delicious selections oh wow the almond pancakes most delicious. Parking on site so very convenient the grounds so well kept. Can’t wait to go back again. Much thanks to the hosts and wonderful staff!!!
