We had a one bedroom unit that was very clean and checkin was quick and easy. Theres a store within walking distace that saved us a lot of money. Windfall Market was it's name It had organtic foods, fruits, vegtables, a bakery, and they had a lot of prepared meals that where better then some resturants we've been to. So we would just walk over there and grab what we wanted for dinner, lots to chose from like pasta, fish and clam chowder, stuffed pork chops all very good. paid 6-15.00 all so good and fresh. Everythin we did was a shot ride away, went to visit the beach, lighthouses and Knob Hill thats a great place to go, we watched the sunset over the ocean. Very relaxing vacation already planning on going there next year.

This resort was a very pleasant and welcoming stay, the staff were professional and friendly. The neighborhood was quaint and the locals also were very welcoming. The restaurants were absolutely delicious with a variety of ethnic foods . The shops were also a wonderful experience , a pleasant surprise to see all occupied . Thank you will revisit and recommend for a wonderful time.

Hotel was clean, housekeeping service was good and beds were comfortable. Couch was very uncomfortable when not opened, but when opened into a bed, it was comfortable. Fireplace was very nice on a cloudy, rainy week.

Great location, walkable to the town and many restaurants and stores close by. We were able to use the pool at a close by RCI. Many things to do in the spring, unfortunately we went in February when a lot of the stores and restaurants were closed for the winter season.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and everything in Falmouth. Beautiful view of the harbor across the street. I only have two recommendations. 1. We checked out at dawn and it was dark/wet. The steps in front of room 214A were hard to see, especially when transferring from the wooden to the concrete steps. We felt very uncomfortable walking our luggage down the stairs. A yellow line at the edge of each step would make walking safer and end of each step more visable. 2. There small table in the living room was extremely dated and too small to be of much use. A coffee table in front of the sofa needs to be in place, would look much nicer and be more functional.
Even with these two items, we would recommend this property and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Our room was huge and very nice, however there was only a double bed in the room, quite small. In our previous stay in a different room there was a queen bed.

Weekend stay to bike canal and shining sea trail. Convenient location , clean room, nice to have a full kitchen.

It was a perfect location to everything and seeing the water / harbor across the street was beautiful! It was also nice having a full refrigerator / stove which we used a bit. The studio we rented was also very spacious
