Outdated- thin walls and squeaky floors. Two different request for a better pillow did not happen. Reason for staying here would be location. Cross the street from great coffee and downtown Falmouth walking distance.

Stick-built walls and floors transmit more noise from other guests than does a modern masonry hotel. The location on the main route to the Woods Hole ferry means that truck traffic passes close starting at about 6-6:30 AM (probably quieter if you are not in the front rooms). HVAC and fridge were noisy. Beware the "amenity fee" which covers standard services included in the base price at most hotels. Staff was fine, and I had no other complaints.

Jacuzzi tub jets pushed out lots of black flakes. No room cleaning on some nights. Bed was comfortable. Large room.

A great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. Will recommend the hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room we were in had a broken heater fan that made a very loud noise (off and on) throughout the night, which kept us awake for many hours.

I had a great stay at the Inn. I was impressed with the logistic, being close to the Peter Pan bus station, only few meters. Friendly staff and near the restaurants and bars. Good location to stay if you are going to the WHOI.

Inn on the Square was a perfect location to Falmouth’s Main Street. The hotel was cozy and comfortable. Spacious, corner room. Right across from Persey’s restaurant. Short drive to the big parking lot for Martha’s Vineyard.
