Lovely rooms near the beach and high street too all walking distance Lovely breakfast was had Katie was very welcoming and nothing was no bother for her to help with There was no need to use our car during our stay Thank you and we will be back to stay soon

I really love this spot, right next to the beach and the rooms are light and have a great vibe. I have stayed all over Falmouth over the years and in my opinion the Lugo Rock is my favourite place to stay. The Breakfast is wonderful too! Thanks Katie! Jamie

What a fantastic place to stay in Falmouth! Katie is a truly awesome host! She gets to know you from the moment you arrive and is always on hand to help! Breakfast is fantastic and the hotel is in a fabulous location! We couldn't fault it! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is so friendly -- the hostess came out and greeted us as we drove up! The beach and center of town are just a few blocks downhill. We had a quiet, pretty room with a view of the English channel. Breakfast was excellent. This is a great place to stay.

My husband and I have just returned from a short stay at this lovely b & b. Katie goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely room, very quiet, big comfy bed and soft pillows. Overall spotlessly clean and very well presented. Nice en-suite and good selection for breakfast. Fantastic location just up the road from the beach. Will definitely return. Julie & Dan.

Location was good as we arrived by train which
Was less than a 10 minute walk away
Walk into town 10-15 minutes walk away
Gylly beach 3 minutes walk
I would definitely book to stay here again
One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in for a long time

Very Lovely experience with this bnb! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Vert organized from the beginning Clean and roomy rooms! Katy was wonderful, along with the kitchen staff! Food was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, the location was central to so much, and the manager (Katie) was so friendly and helpful. The outside garden was lovely. It's just a short walk to the beach, and also close to the castle and central part of Falmouth.
