Inn on the Square

Very outdated. Poor water pressure, and very little hot water. Location is great, though.

Allison and Grace at the reception are absolutely amazing! Allison provided a ton of very useful information about the are. We will definitely come back!

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to shops and some restaurants in the town. Loved the coffee shop across the street. I enjoyed the walking/bike path behind the hotel. A friend told us about that. We did not use the restaurant or pool but did sit outside in the court yard. The local information provided at check in was helpful. We had a room with large jacuzzi tub that we never used. It took up a lot of space in the room so I'd not do that again. Our room was on the side of the main road and would probably be too noisy for someone who wanted to sleep in. We are early risers so it just let me know it was time to get up. I'm glad we were on the first floor as I would not want to carry luggage up the steps. But, being on the first floor with people walking over head might annoy someone else. Did not bother us. But, if that kind of things bothers you might want to be on the second floor. TV was nice, used the micro wave and refrigerator. One day there was no housekeeping service for some reason but we survived that just fine. Otherwise, fresh towels etc were delivered as needed. Had an issue with the light over the mirror in the bathroom. We notified staff but I'm not sure if it was ever looked at or not. It might have been an intermittent issue. It worked and then stopped again.

Very poor experience. Will not return or recommend. Not able to properly service room as expected. Would recommend looking at other sites that can provide proper service for rate paid.

We rented 3 rooms that were across from each other. It was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The inn was wonderful and really gave us the feel of staying in New England. Very walkable. Close to the ferry to go sight seeing at Martha's Vineyard. Highly recommend

Were issues with the room but overall was okay. We liked the fire pit in the back. Bed was comfortable. Wished they had fixed the lighting and microwave.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the place recommended for us. The room was not worth $400+ per night on a Friday; it led directly to outside and had blemishes on the wall. There was very little walking space in the room (except in the bathroom, which was ironically huge). For a lower price, this would be a more reasonable place to stay, but the weekend rates were absurd.

We enjoyed the windows open with the fall crisp air. Nothing better than that to get a great night sleep! Very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable

Great location. The cottage building has a nice patio for first floor guests. Saw reviews stating it was loud near the road, but there were no issues. Very nice patio and fire pit next to the main building. We will definitely come again. Great stay.
