The service and staff were amazing nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast fantastic, and afternoon tea just delightful. The hotel was a joy to share time in and relax.

Comfortable room. Great view from rooms on the harbor side. Restaurant food was good. Don't bother ordering a mixed drink. They measure liquor with a one oz "thimble" and don't even fill it to the top. It would take a triple shot to get the equivalent of a mini-bottle.

The Greenbank is situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre, and being on the water’s edge, has stunning views of Falmouth Bay and the river. The decor is beautiful—a relaxing beach-style. The employees are incredibly helpful. My room was clean and tidy, with a good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Bottled water in the room was a great touch. All in all, a fabulous hotel I would love to stay in again.

The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. The views of the bay offer endless visual entertainment. The food was outstanding, especially the Valentines menu.
