Do not stay here if you want to sleep! I've just left Oasis House after having 3 nights with only a few hours sleep. It is situated on a very busy road. The noise was like the window was open. Constant loud traffic noise all day and well into the night It starts again early morning. I'd add a sound recording to this feedback if it was possible. A quick heads up. There is also a local Cockerell that starts flapping it's beak early morning (not Oasis fault of course, but its worth mentioning). I have a 14 hour journey home today, feeling like a zombie. I spent the days in a daze because of being so tired. I text and emailed the guest house on my first night to ask to change my room to the back of the house. I received a reply the next day to advise that there were no rooms free (to be honest, I think that all rooms would be effected by the noise). I sent a follow up email. Due to this they then put cheap little foam earplugs in my room. This must be a known issue. I have black circles under my eyes that would make a giant Panda jealous. The heating is pre set, so when I was woken early hours by vans zooming past (and Mr Noisy Cockrell) I was cold but unable to put the heating on. The single room is a little cramped, but its a single after all. One part is a sloped ceiling, so unable to use much of that space really. Watch your head on the beam. Oasis may want to get better double glazing and also check if people have logged out of Netflix when they leave. There was some questionble user names left on there when I arrived :-0 Positives - Close to the town centre and clean.

Such a lovely clean accommodation me & my husband stayed in room 3 a wedding Anniversary gift off our 3 children.Stayed here on 25th Sept for 1 night the room was lovely but bathroom was a bit small, bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was communal but lovely and clean.Someone who was staying upstairs was very loud late at night and from 6am the next morning stomping up and down the stairs and clanging around in the kitchen.Only 10 minutes to the town if you go right out of the building. We had a lovely meal in the indian restaurant Asha and staff were lovely and lovely breakfast in the weatherspoons.

Well this was a horrible experience. Was not able to contact anyone for this listing on a Friday. I wanted to say it was a late check in even though they say check in is from 1600-2400. So I end up at the house at 22:40 with no one there and noone being reachable and not able to get in. Had to search for a different hotel in the middle of the night The phone number given for you call mostly just consist of an answering machine that will give you a new number to the front desk (which they don't have) that you can only text and that they will only answer the following morning. And should you reach anyone to talk to you will find that they are incompetent and lying. The guy I talked to said he would let the hotel know and to contact me shortly. Noone contacted me shortly. The next morning I finally receive a message from someone asking if my check-in went well. They also mixed up the check in and out dates. This place is just a complete no-go

This property offers a bed and breakfast style accommodation, but without breakfast. It's unique as it has an amazing communal kitchen and dinning area, which are available to utilise, using your own food and drinks.

After pulling up and parking on a busy road, we were greeted at the Oasis House by beautiful palm trees and crisp Cornish air. We used the keypad and pre-disclosed code to enter the building (very modern) and were immediately greeted by the overwhelming smell of vomit. We entered our room which was conveniently located on the ground floor. Initially the room appeared pleasant with some nice decor and smart TV. All seemed fine until we inspected further. The bathroom was tiny and you needed to do some sort of yoga pose to operate the shower as it was so tight. If you aren't already very familiar with the person you're sharing a room with you will be by the end of your stay - the door doesn't close properly so leaves no bathroom habits to the imagination. But we decided we wouldn't be spending much time in the room so ignored some of these initial faults. This was until we attempted to sleep. The bed is possibly one of the worst things I've ever slept on, everywhere you turn you are greeted with various springs, I felt like I didn't see my partner all night as his side was so incredibly dipped down. The whole building had a hostel feel, with its shared kitchen and loud comings and goings of other guests. Our stay was so uncomfortable we did actually leave a day early and found somewhere else to stay. Its a budget hotel for a reason, my advice - pay a bit more and stay somewhere better.

We stayed here for 3 nights . Room 2 The room is basic, there’s mould on ceiling of the bathroom, curtains not lined the glare awakes you up. The bed is very uncomfortable . In general house is Very noisy didn’t sleep very well due to traffic as property is on a main road and you can hear front door going and other people using loo. Don’t leave your cup coffee on shelf on side of the bed because slid of. The Customer service was not to much help . Truth has to be said everything was very clean. I think they need to advise due to covid there’s no breakfast . But certainly not high quality .

I did read a review that said you can park right outside. This is not the case - there are double yellow lines directly outside. I did however manage to park a minute down the road which is fine. I am staying solo and the room is definitely small, however I would prefer having a small room with an on suite than a big room with no on suite. I am situated in a room at the front on the house which is noisy with traffic! But I can sleep with that, so not an issue. The duvet insert inside my duvet cover is larger than the cover which isn't great and there were some hairs on the bedsheets, but nothing too major. The TV is TINY!!! you may need glasses to see anything on it 🤣 but I am not bothered. Nice to have access to the kitchen and dining room too. Pretty relaxed.
