OOoKeNnEtHoOFirstly, the location is great! The R&F Mall is just below and it is all sheltered. Secondly, the unit is very clean and spacious. I am referring to the 1-Bedroom unit in my pictures which is what I was ultimately staying in. It is in block A5-1 and it is perfect. 5/5. At night, can still hear a bit of traffic sounds but it wasn't too bad. However, before I stayed in this unit, I was originally assigned a studio unit in block A7-2. That unit had german cockroaches infestation and the traffic noises were bad. Good thing is the service recovery by the host is excellent. I told them about it and next day, they changed my room for me. Will definitely come again!

Videos and location to collect key card provided after booking confirmed. Asked for an early check in. Easy access to eateries, a mall opposite, mini marts below. Gym and pool at level 8. Clean, quiet and great for a short get away. Perfect for solo traveler, business trip, families and couples who wants some quiet holiday.

GGuest UserIt was a fabulous short stay, the room was very spacious with a large bathroom too. There's lots of cupboard space for storage, bedding is great, soft duvet and pillows. The shower jet is strong, the walls and floor are very clean, the hotel just opened about half a year ago. Everything works. The location is far from the centre, no decent restaurants or shopping areas nearby unless taking a Grab or hotel shuttle to the city center. SKS shopping city attached to the hotel is known to be opening soon in May 2026. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice, with a large selection of very fresh food. The swimming pool is beautiful with lukewarm temperature even at evening.

GGuest UserThe loft design is absolutely amazing, offering a fantastic sense of space without feeling cramped at all. My kids loved going up and down the stairs, treating it like an adventure, and the slide was a huge hit! There's also a game room. The infinity pool and gym at the apartment are brand new, and the best part is they're not crowded! Taking the kids for a swim in the evening and watching the Johor Bahru sunset – now that's the perfect way to spend a holiday~ 🌇 The apartment offers self-check-in, and the host sends very detailed instructions. There are plenty of parking spaces, so drivers don't need to worry at all. My only concern was about the bedding and pillowcases, as I'm not sure if they're washed daily – one of the pillows had a noticeable drool smell 😑. That was the only thing I really disliked. Otherwise, everything else was very satisfying, and I would consider staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Sunway Big Box with plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast was also 5 mins walk away plus a few options to choose from.

The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. KKamay ChamThere are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the lift lobby, and ants appear very quickly if you have sweets in the house. We also found one big cockroach in the living room. My kid enjoyed the slide in the room, which was a nice touch, but the room felt quite warm even with the air-conditioning on. The location is convenient, with a mini mart and restaurants on the ground floor. It’s also only about a 6-minute ride to Legoland.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was quite inconvenient as we had to walk 10 minutes there and back just to pick up the key. We had previously told customer service that it would be difficult for us to walk that far to return the key to the mailbox, and they said we could leave it inside the unit. However, at check-out, they suddenly said we couldn't, and their attitude was very unyielding. Although the environment was quite nice and the unit itself was spacious and clean, it still left a bad impression. The swimming pool was very dirty, and the parking area on the 3rd floor was quite dim and felt dangerous.
