酒店所在位置優越，離夜市超市都很近，就在迎賓大道旁邊，停車也方便。酒店的設施看起來有點舊了，以前應該是一所很不錯的酒店吧，但是感覺管理不太到位，設施很多地方都有損壞了，沒有及時進行修補，前台的服務員服務態度比較差，説話很不耐煩

2016年的老賓館，設備裝修已陳舊不堪：單層窗子漏風嚴重，空調不制熱，內外機躁聲巨大，洗澡水太冷，衞生間滲水，地面濕滑（已摔倒過），鏡前燈壞洗漱不便，椅子布藝特臟不敢坐，被子潮濕陰冷。

優點：近步行街旺中帶靜，距離400米左右，圖一房間正南向陽光充足，圖二8樓天台有晾曬地方。
缺點：南邊房間正對馬路，隔音不好，如果能換隔音玻璃就完美了。
