首先，一進酒店大堂辦理入住，前台接待居然有大面積紋身，服務態度不是很好，給人一種不舒服的感受；其次，進入房間後，完全沒有清潔安靜，門口一團頭髮絲，上面還積累灰塵，衞生間有水漬，還有一朵捏了的花朵；再者窗簾被拉得不整齊。入住體驗很差。
