Great and friendly customer service, the pool area was well taken care of and cleaned. They had a “social hour” with complimentary apps and drinks. Room was very clean, great complimentary breakfast. Next time I’m in Fargo I will be staying here again. 10/10

Very nice staff beautifully designed building and we loved the theme throughout the entrance, eating area, pool and rooms. Great pool for younger kids not ready for massive slides. Great breakfast as well

Stayed here for a weekend visit after getting out of the hospital and although there was a hockey team staying as well I barely heard them except when passing the pool area. Restaurants are within walking distance and free breakfast is wonderful.

I always have an amazing experience with this hotel and the staff. They are very customer related and give good care! The house cleaning staff are always hard at work and keep the hotel in very great condition!

The property was easy to get to from I-94. It was also conveniently close to Scheel's Arena. My main complaint is that we were placed in a handicapped accessible room without being asked first. This wouldn't have been terrible, except the shower was just a big open area in the bathroom with no curtain or anything for privacy. Also, the handicapped restroom had very limited counter space. It is my opinion that these rooms should be reserved only for people who request and need them.

The outside door has a thin opening so the cold air and snow was coming in. Also, a rug at door would be nice since floors are all wood. Know where to set wet shoes.

The hotel itself was average. The rooms & building were clean, but definitely dated. However it was really close to a lot of good restaurants.
