The pool was FREEZING cold. The only reason we stayed here was for the pool for our young daughter. She was so cold we couldn't spend any time in the pool. We can handle cold water, but this was over the top.

The room was nice. Only complaints would be that the fan in the bathroom did not work and the door handle on the bathroom door was broken.

Great stay! Hard to find hotels with jacuzzi tubs in the rooms these days plus an electric fireplace! Clean and large rooms, only disappoint is that the rooms are not sound proof enough. You can hear everything around your room, especially if other guests kids are loud. It wouldn’t be bad if it was muffled but it was so clear in all directions.

I really like how they dont charge and arm and a leg to have your pet with you. The hotel was easy to find and nice and quiet. We stayed in a suite and the size was great but nothing really special about it. We didnt use any on site services. The room felt clean and grounds were as expected.

The rooms were very large, which was nice. Not super quiet, as the hotel was booked and there were lots of kids. One elevator...we used the stairs a lot. The pool is fairly small, and not that inviting. Kids loved the breakfast, it was okay for adults. They are updating the rooms, the doors were new and so was the paint. Bedding could be nicer, but overall a good basic hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in a suite at this property very much. The rooms were unusually spacious with comfortable furniture. Several families were celebrating the holidays politely and spiritedly throughout our stay. Everyone was courteous, and staff went out of their way to accommodate for all our guests. I highly recommend this place for families. It has a good pool with a slide and very accessible and safe for children of all ages to enjoy. The rooms were fairly quiet at night given the festivities going on throughout the evening that ended before 11 pm.
