A perfect place for a long stay or short. Full size fridge with freezer and ice maker and a hot plate. Large two queen bed room with very comfortable beds. A table for two. Full size (home style) bathroom. Lots of storage cupboards, iron and ironing board. Pet fee only $15.00. Great place to stay.

This hotel is one of the best in North Dakota. I would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Fargo. My place Hotel is so clean, I will make it my place to stay anytime I travel to Fargo North Dakota.

I came here w/ my 3 small children after traveling all day. I booked the room b/c of the good reviews but they were a lie. Beds in our room were filthy. One was full of pet hair. The other had all these specks/crumbs/debris in it and pet hair. Had to change the sheets myself. There was no where to park b/c so many people were double parked and there was a pickup with a trailer taking up at least 8 parking spots. When I called the front desk they couldn’t do anything about it. Room smelled of smoke. All the surfaces were dirty and had spill marks/splashes on them (tables). The drinks you can purchase at the desk are over priced. $9 for 3 beverages and only 1 was a full sized bottle. Would have gone somewhere else to purchase but everything was closed by the time we got here. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. I tried to book somewhere else after I saw the condition of the filthy beds but no other hotels in the area had availability. That’s how disgusting the beds were. I didn’t even want to stay here. If it wasn’t so cold out I’d sleep in my car!

The beds were comfortable with multiple pillows and bedding was clean. The kitchenette gave us flexibility in our meal planning and the staff was helpful and caring by matching us with the room we needed.

I was called about a week before to see if I needed the type of room that I booked, because apparently they got over booked somehow. When we got to the hotel a lot of people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, that where not clean yet , and this was after 3:00 pm check in time. We got our room, the only real problem was our bathroom sink was plugged ,so could not really use it. The beds and pillows were good. There was no coffee in the lobby coffee makers in the morning or creamers, everthing was empty. Heard from other people that came in later that night ,they did not get there room that they payed for , the hotel gave it to someone else. I knew when we got there and the garbage can by the front doors was overflowing, looked like it had not been changed for weeks, that it was not going to be very good! The guys working were doing the best they could, I felt bad for them, but seems like management needs to do a better job!

Checked in at 3:30p. Was told to come back in an hour as room wasnt yet cleaned. came back at 5:30- had a 6p event. 3 ladies in lobby said they had to get cleaning cart and they personally cleaned their rooms. !!
i slept on top of bed covers- my sheets didnt look like they were changed.

The rooms were not ready late in the afternoon. The room did not appear clean. It had not been vacuumed and had sand or dirt all over the floor. It looked like they had not changed bedding but only pulled it back. I was charged twice for the room and have already called multiple times with no resolution.

We had a very good experience here and will come back..Bed was comfortable and I'm glad it has 4 pillows..I was happy that the bath towels weren't as fluffy as some hotels ..I don't like the real real fluffy ones..When we 1st checked in my mom asked for coffee and the man made her a fresh pot..When we left and came back he told us to have a good evening..Very friendly..
