The service was outstanding. All the employees bent over backwards to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Property could use a little work fixing up broken amenities in the common area.

A small but pretty property with functional rooms and direct access to the pool and the beach. Let’s be real; if you are going to the Bahamas, you better be going for the beaches, and this hotel has fantastic access, just steps away from a world class beach. Very very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. WiFi through individual mobile access point. The restaurant on site is great. Note that with most Bahamas properties which are not “inclusive” in the Exumas, you will need to have a rental car or use taxis to get to other restaurants or attractions. Highly recommended hotel with super beach access.

Best kept secret! The beach is fabulous! The staff is amazing! The drinks were delicious! The rates were reasonable! Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean! (little water pressure issue but no big deal)...you can't get a better deal on Farmer's Hill Beach, adjacent to Three Sisters Beach. If you're looking for a no-frills, laid-back, 3-star, R&R, and great beach walking every day, this is your spot!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! The views, the customer service, Joel’s personal attention (GM) and the food! My husband and I came here and couldn’t believe the unbelievable view of the turquoise water just feet away from our bedroom. If you want to experience a true Exuma island experience, stay here! The location is perfect for getting around to both ends of the island (a rental car is a must). The beautiful setting is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The Blue Conch restaurant, which is part of the resort, offers fresh and locally sourced options for dinner. The food is outstanding! The chef is all about quality and pleasing the patrons. The food is some of the best we have ever had. We plan to return next year.

I stayed here 3 nights. I loved the location, 5 miles from the airport. The beach here is gorgeous. Nice swimming pool with plenty of chairs. The hotel is small and not 5⭐️ luxurious but the rooms, restaurant and pool were very clean. The staff here is also very friendly and accommodating. They have a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which serves lunch and dinner, sometimes breakfast. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place that's quiet and relaxing.

If you're going to George Town this is THE place to stay! Joel and his staff were so helpful and friendly! The room was clean, food was over the top delicious and the private beach was breath-taking! There is also a pool! We highly recommend this hotel and thank you for our wonderful stay!

Incredible property manager. We arrived after 8pm closing time (for what ever reason the owner closes on mondays early), the property manager came back on her own time and gave us our room. The view is incredible from the room and it’s very piece full.

Not what was advertised. It was clean and comfortable but overall rundown, cash only, deserted, water didn’t work, loud construction, and not at all what the pictures depicted.
