Comfy but standard average. Nice workers tho

Feel safe and comfortable live here. Room is very spacious. It is good location near by a lot of food, like smoothie king, seven 11 The sheet can be more clean, there was some yellow ink, no idea what is that.

floors are wet all the time from people walking to their room wet out of pool, No shampoo in room , one elevator and very dirty. Breakfast was horrible and very limited,

The property is worn out.. needs attention. Rotted walls, dirty bedding, shower not working, bathroom door not closing, carpet in hallway damaged..mattresses worn out..

The hotel smelled fresh and clean however, there are still some updates needed the carpets were stained and old. The tub needs updating. It was rusted and older. The elevator stopped working during my stay so of course I had to take the stairs, which was ok because i was on the 2nd floor. The price was what I was looking for so I can’t complain!

The air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly, the smoke from some one smoking had me really sick. There was a smell that gave me a headache and there were no shampoo and conditioner in the bottles in the bathroom.

Put up in room on 3 rd floor and discovered the elevator did not work! Extremely long walk to room as well and three flights of stairs!

I was glad to only be there for one night. There's a rough crowd in this facility which made my daughters very uncomfortable and it smelled of smoke and other things. They didn't have enough food for the breakfast. I would not go back.

Our tv did not work, our fridge did not work , there was roaches on toilet seat and roaches in the bed I took pictures !

The carpet was dirty and the elevator was not working going up the gym hos no vent it was hot

This was probably one of the most problems i had in a hotel. First of all, i had roaches in my room. I had only been there for a few hours and woke up to 2 crawling on the desk near my food. Second, the phone in my room didnt work. Front desk person called while i talked to them on my cell. I had a teenager with me and a working phone is important. Then my toilet constantly ran. I had to close the bathroom door because it ran all night. Lastly the most frustrating part was that i went to the front desk and complained, the guy apologized told me to call back tomorrow to talk to a manager, which was a Sunday. However, no manager was working the next day and he knew that. He said he couldn't give us the managers number and they didn't a room to accommodate us.

It was a great night. Our room was clean! We went down to the hot tub and pool and front desk left it open an hour after closing time I enjoyed my stay I will be bk???

Hotel is nice, however the facility is dated and could use a renovation. It is not as clean as it should be.

It’s was amazing, the service was 10/10 and the indoor pool was clean and relaxing
