Property is very nice and service in the bar was excellent.

The amenities in this hotel are great. They people who work there are really nice. But, they need to do a deep clean on the carpet and other furniture that’s made out of the cloth material.

It appeared under repair. The entrance was closed for construction. Had to find a way in thru a thunderstorm. Given directions to use a side entrance that was out of order. Reservations was for 1 king room and two queen room. Got two queen rooms. Tv remote did not work. Had to manually run the tv. Not what we expected from Courtyard Marriot

This trip was unexpected but staying here made it well worth it. Everything was great & the staff was exceptional. I certainly will choose this hotel again.

My recent stay at the Courtyard Marriott was a complete letdown. The disengaged staff seemed uninterested in even basic customer service The staffs inattentiveness and treatment concerning resolving billing This lack of care extended to the overall condition of the hotel. The most unpleasant aspect was the pervasive stale smell throughout the hotel, making it difficult to relax. On top of that, the room itself felt tired and neglected. Tattered furniture and outdated decor painted a picture of a hotel in dire need of an upgrade. To top it all off, the price I paid for this underwhelming experience was exorbitant. Considering the overall ambiance, the outdated rooms, and the inattentive staff, the price tag was completely unjustified. There are far better hotel options available that offer a fresh, welcoming environment, attentive staff, and a good value for your money. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay.
