Room 121 is not a NON-SMOKING ROOM as stated when I booked, the horrible smell of cigarettes ruined my stay, otherwise nice breakfast and services! I did let them know, they said the smell was from adjacent smoking rooms, unfortunately adjacent smoking rooms had “nonsmoking” signs on the doors

This is a horrible place to stay. Room was dirty, bed bug stains in the sheets, ants in the restroom, room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk had terrible service.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast was great, but didn't get any sleep last night because this drunk guy kept trying to get into our room he knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked. Multiple times told him to leave too much about it so we had to just stay awake all night no sleep wasted my money on that room when I could have slept in my car and got a good night's sleep.

The place was not only filthy dirty, but someone tried to break into our room while we were there as there was no lock on the window, and we were in the garden level. They just open the window and stuck their head and shoulders, and never had that happen before.
